No sound from the wireless surround speakers

What should I do if I'm not hearing sound from my wireless surround speakers?

Do not press and hold any Wi-Fi setup button on any speaker in your wireless surround system. Be sure to do the following:


1 - Make sure that the Wi-Fi lights on the wireless surround speakers are solid.

2 - If they're flashing, unplug the the sound bar from your A/C outlet for 10 seconds.

3 - Plug the sound bar back in and give it about one mintue to reboot and reconnect to the wireless surround speakers.

4 - If the lights on your wireless surround speakers are still flashing, repeat steps 2 and 3. If you're still having trouble, please contact Customer Service at 800-638-7276.


Note 1: If the lights are solid, you can view your speakers connection status by visiting the "About" page located under Settings in the Polk app. Here you will be able to see if the rear speakers are showing as connected to your sound bar as "rear right" or "rear left" speakers.


Note 2: Make sure that the source you're watching/listening to is also the correct format for wireless surround (Dolby Digital 5.1 or PCM). Try changing channels/ sources to see if you hear sound.
